Czech pubs smoking ban

It was a hard fight in the Czech Republic to reach the smoking ban, but in the end the odd president, a heavy smoker himself, underwrote the law. "The czech lands will return into the circle of civilized nations". So that means, that Germany, with the exeption of Bavaria, Saar and Northrhine-Westphalia, does not belong to this circle. Never forget: Not alcohol is our enemy, but sugar and smoke...;-)
