It depends what subsides means... so long as it's here, when just 1 person can infect eg. 10 others in a bar or club or close space, social distancing has to remain. As you alluded to regarding UK pubs :(

Indoors and outdoors are very different to my understanding. So I think outdoors, the regulations should be relaxed - masks when moving around should still be obligatory, so should tracking (personal details) and distancing when moving around. But the table distance and 2 household per table rule needs to be dropped. If this is not done in the summer peak, can you imagine how places will survive when the weather turns and their outdoor spaces can't be used? 

Obviously I'm all for safety, but I want a life 'after' coronavirus. If you're vulnerable or worried, stay home. If you're not and you're sensible and prepared to adjust a little in exchange for more 'normality', get out there and make the best of it - we have much more 'life' than many people across the world right now for goodness sake.
