Most underrated Franconian breweries?

Well the train from here to Rothenburg o.d.T. is even longer than the drive, I think. Jawohl, VGN says 1:48 or 2:05 with 3 changes. That's worse than I remember it being, and reminds me why I've never gone there by train before.
