Spezi keller tonight? Seinsheimer Kellerbräu tonight!

I'm sure we've a massive misunderstanding here. "Dinkel" (spelt) is an old cereal, a precursor of modern Weizen (wheat). So, the beer I had at Seinsheim was a spelt beer and not dark at all. "Dinkelacker" (spelt field) is the name of that Stuttgart brewery. Both things have nothing in common at all. So, it doesn't make any sense to compare Dinkelbier (spelt beer) and Dunkelbier (dark beer). Bottles: The brewery is very small and doesn't sell bottles. You can bring your own jug and get it filled.
