Most underrated Franconian breweries?

I had one on keg (not cask, be careful or CAMRA will bar you from entering the UK next time!) at the fränkisches Bierfest. I was so excited to try it, because it was from so far away, and...meh. May as well be from Neunkirchen.

But I would gladly try it again.
