I may be back at Stiebarlimbach tomorrow or Friday, and may very well try the Dunkel again. I presume he serves it from normal kegs, like the Weizen, and has only one 1000L tank for the Kellerbier. I'll clarify this if I see him, also ask him about the Dunkel and why he doesn't sell it by the Maß.
