Cask vs Keg

Mark, you make a good point.  This is what it comes down to:  American beer drinkers do not want cask beer.  Even craft beer drinkers would rather have keg beer, for the most part.  This is because we are accustomed to keg beer, and we like it, and are perfectly happy with it.
