?!? Kegged beer is also fermented "naturally". I don't know how fermentation could happen any other way than naturally, since it's being done by yeast cells, which are alive and consuming sugar, creating CO2 in the process. It's nature at work.

Kegged beer need not be filtered, and the vast, vast bulk of microbrewed beer in the US is certainly unpasteurised. Kegged beer is allowed to ferment, and is then filled into kegs. If it's filtered along the way, yes, at least some of the natural carbonation will be lost.
