Sorry to hear that Barry.  I would just say "sod it" but then again it's easy from here and I'm sure you have post pandemic plans / other hobbys.  But I'm not sure a couple of beers now and again is going to see you off any quicker and the enjoyment is also a part of your mental wellbeing (or at least mine)... but i'm definitely not a doctor (need i point out).
