OT: COVID Restrictions in the Netherlands

Sorry for the coming rant and foul language ......  fuckity fuck fuck fuck fuck ...... new rules do nothing to help currently vaccinated Americans travelling abroad. If you're a citizen of Europe you can now enter if you're vaccinated and take a negative test within three days.  Same rules apply for a citizen of the US visiting Europe.  Frustrating.
