It's been a few years but they used just make their own smoked malt (which was 70% of the Lager, IIRC). Other base and specialty malts were purchased.

It is not floor malted -- they had a vertical mixer gadget that turned the barley as it sprouted (takes less space). It was then dried over a wood fire.

I don't think anybody "floor dries" their malt -- it may be "floor malted" but then is dried in a kiln to get the proper color (or over a wood fire for smoke)
