Thanks, Barry, for clarifying. Of course, besides taste, the real thing in situ comes complete with the advantage of a unique atmosphere, and we all know how subjective the experience is. BTW (and again OTT), linguistic misunderstandings can occur without even leaving England, as in the way 'while' in Yorkshire can mean 'until'. 'Don't put your washing on the line while the sun's shining' is nonsense to Southerners but can make eminent sense in Sheffield.
