Griess Keller have fake barrels (correct Fred). 

Kemmern usually have 1 that is real, but it is real. Doerfleins has the beer brought from the tanks on Sundays and Tuesdays (the barrel is fake, but the beer tastes just that little bit fresher). Rotenschild only on Fridays / Saturdays from around 9pm. Galerie has Sauer bier from the barrel.

Lowenbraeu Buttenheim (both brewery & keller)

Schwanenkeller Strullendorf (at least it did, now it's Rittmayer so who knows)

There will be others, but I can't remember them off the top of my head. But not many, more's the pity. I understand the temptation to avoid waste etc, but I find having a mixture of both barrel and keg to be a good compromise. Just don't do what I have seen outside of Franken where they pour 90% from gravity and then top it up from the keg. Lunacy.
