State of affairs in Bamberg

I think when it comes to masks, Denmark is an exception.  I'm not sure what you mean by 'bad'? My girlfriend has to wherre it all day at work. The bar staff have to wear it all the time. As a customer, it's a small sacrifice. I barely notice it. I'm not sure if you expected things to just be back to normal here, we're still in the middle of a pandemic to be fair.
