Favourite Kellers

I'm a little surprised the fantastic Kellers at Ampferbach (Brauerei Hermann) and Schlüsselfeld (Stern-Bräu Scheubel) don't get much mentioned here. Is it because of the distance to Bamberg? And right, I'd always recommend the Voggendorfer Keller (Brauerei Prechtel, Uehlfeld) for location, friendliness, Keller experience - nice term, Jason - and the flowery Kellerbier of course.
