I recommend a visit of the Villa Remeis
http://www.cafe-villa-remeis.de/
maybe in combination with the Franconian Brewery Museum
with a beautiful view and small beergarden.

Mr. Dr. Remeis has inherited his building the city
with the order not to cultivate the area and to lease the building as a restaurant / pub.
Now a society of the church has leased the building. Half of the employees are mentally handicapped.
I recommend their cakes ("Remeis-Torte" or cheese cake), their lunch and seasonal snacks..
Beers only on bottles (Weiherer and Gutmann wheat beer)
