Breweries you have yet to had a good beer from

It is a pig to get to. The only bus there from Bamberg, leaves to come back within 10 minutes, If I recall correctly from my planning a few years ago, and as a result, it was only of the last breweries around Bamberg, that I visited. I eventually seccumbed to doing it by hire car and well worth it as well. I agree the food is excellent.
