Klosterbrau Rauchbier

I was talking to Florian Merz and he told me about this. Obviously I haven't checked, I assumed he was probably a good source of info.  I wasn't really convinced you can trademark something like 'Bamberger Rauchbier'. I think it could well be more of a gentlman's agreeement.
