Actually, that's not entirely true.  https://kreisverkehr-sha.de/auskunft/download/pdf/L1020.pdf It leaves from Schrozberg, which has a train connection with Nuremberg, though not particularly convenient. Nuremberg-Crailsheim is far better and it's a short ride from Crailsheim to Schrozberg. The bus runs Monday-Saturday. No service on Sunday, though there may be alternatives.
