Weissbierhaus closing

Confirmation in the FT: https://www.infranken.de/regional/bamberg/das-weissbierhaus-schliesst;art212,3748864 The operators have no successor and they can’t find staff, apparently. The chef retired and they can’t get a replacement. I have heard this complaint many times – are hospitality jobs in Germany really so unattractive? It would be a shame if the nice wood panelled interior were to be lost to modernisation.
