OT (a bit): home brew systems

Time, Andy, yes, reasonable amount day to day, I was more thinking of long-term!  If you can tell me how to put a small-scale kit together with moderate ease, I'd be happy to learn. John, yes, looked at the Braumeister - it's awful expensive; not sure if Franken type beers are my target, happy to brew ales - at the moment!
