January dilemna

Don't know anything about HTC, do we have them in Europe? Anyway, scoured the net for views and settled on a Motorola E 3rd generation - think that's right. It was the best reviewed phone under £100, actually cost £80. No SIM as I already have an account with BT. Strange, when I was buying it at Argos, the chap at the till said that he had bought several for family over the years with no problems. Seems fine, now that I have worked out most things. Still can't get Bluetooth to work properly on any machine.
