OT: A long weekend in the mountains

What grim weather?  Nick, you must think that I'm some kind of masochist or something!  I keep telling you, the weather is much the same here as everywhere else in the UK and I love hot, sunny weather but there are other things in life - as Mark says, it's a balance.  If the weather is bad, I don't go out, plenty of things to do indoors, like write this rubbish! Walked past the Bank of Conway last week and will keep on walking past.  However, the Albion does have a twin in Conwy, the Bridge, which is run by the same consortium of breweries, though I've not been in there yet. Tomorrow, it's Caernarfon and another different pub experience.
