Lot to catch up on here, not for today. But solely about Pilsner Urquell's fizziness. I would imagine the technically-minded might be able to find published brewery data on exactly how fizzy it is. And also from Jever. And anyone who drinks the two (like me, daily) can tell you which one's fizzier. Point being, Barry, I think there are much fizzier beers out there (here) than PU. That's all. Czech lager is less fizzy than German. "It is known." |
