Schanzenbräu in the Paper

It was last week, actually, and I tweeted about it, but forgot to post about it here.  The second scan is available here in higher resolution. Or you can read the article online with a series of 20+ photos. WARNING: Pretty high-tech, modern brewery, lots of stainless. Not for the rustic. Some readers of the paper visited the new brewery and tasted some beer. Highlights: Schanzenbräu's new hi-tech brewery - rotes Weizen, 3.8% Sommerbier, 20 hl kit, degreed brewing engineer formerly Tucher, first brewed age 16.
