Thank you, Jeff - aye, brilliant time there. Looking at his children I'm sure Frank possesses not only the magical hand - but that's something I have to ask his wife... Well, I didn't see any bottles and I didn't ask. But both times I had been there there were festivals going on. So they still might sell bottles on ordinary days.
And you're right about Dinkel. When I had top fermented spelt beers they were much too wheatish for me but bottom fermented... that beer was awesome!
