| Hi Jeff, when I visited a Blasmusik festival took place. The place was crowded and they had three different beers on tap: The ordinary dark Kellerbier, the "Sasemer Danzbier" ("Seinsheimer Tanzbier", for non Franconians), a nice Helles, and a really good Helles made of Bohemian tennenmalt (of which I don't remember the name). None of the beers was murky. They were perfectly right. I'll probably go again Friday next week. By the way, Jason, the name Seinsheimer Kellerbräu derives from the brewery itself, which is situated in a huge cellar beside and underneath the church. |
