Wait. You're leaving on the 4th, not the 3rd, right? I'll leave you to the Red Castle, as the one sampling I had of it a year ago at the Nürnberg fest was...if you can't say anything nice, best not say anything at all. There's a Hausbrauerei at Hütt'n?  Landbierparadies Hexenhäusla in Fürth is a worthwhile visit, opens at 17.00.
