Transport schedules normally have "Mo-Fr / Sa / So & Fe" listings, the latter meaning Sundays & holidays. So, yes, it affects them, but should be very predictable. Just another big holiday. Tuesday the 3rd, I mean. Monday should be a normal Monday.
