Would be nice to see you, the only thing is we might be headed off on holiday on the 2nd. Nachtbräu, like you said, is a group of homebrewers. I've never encountered it, but I'm also skeptical of German homebrewers, using things like nappies for sparging, mashing in old wash machines, and all that.
