Forchheimer Kellerwald Greif Keller

As I said above (between photos, maybe overlooked by youse?), it was a bit butterscotchy but finishable. A bit of diacytel can be OK, at least in an otherwise somewhat rich beer like Neder. OTOH, the second Seidla I had at the Gaststätte on Thursday, from a different barrel than the first one I had...that I had to give to Peter the Middletonian to finish, it was a waxy mess. Most variable beer in town.
