Ot czech monastic brewing

I am afraid that CZ monastery breweries are not what you are looking for. As far as I know, there are (at least those) which are named according to monasteries: Klasterni pivovar Strahov (Prague) Brevnovsky klasterni pivovar (Prague)  Klasterni pivovar Ossegg Klasterni pivovar Zeliv  Biskupsky pivovar Litomerice (Bishop, not monastery) but actually I think none of them is really owned & run by monastery - usually they are just located in the monastery itself, but run by somebody else. Don't expect real monks brewing beer as it is in Belgium, for example.  Regards
