Surprised they have a Ruhetag there! I'm really not the one to ask about Nürnberg, as I just don't go down there much. I had a few days of around 8 pints or less, and 12.5 was a one-time max, but 8 was a "light" day. You'd have been on top of all this in real time by keeping an eye on my Tweetings. We're talking about 4% vs 5%, the difference in effect has been kicked around here before, esp that excellent article by Joe Stange on Draft Magazine's webbie. And the 10+ days did yield some effects on the following mornings. If we were to live there, I'd have to find a way to keep consumption down to 4 a day, I think.
