First Franconia trip

Batch-to-batch variation at a microbrewery? Nah, imPOSSible. Or maybe the kegs in Bamberg have been lagered longer than what gets served at the brewery?

In any case, I will now have to go investigate myself, in person. Perhaps tonight...theoretically meeting a couple of furriners up there.
