| As we have discussed before on this page, Mahrs fills the kegs and then dispenses them using a mix of CO2 and N2. Herr Stephan Michel says that the CO2 pressure is adjusted (relative to N2) such that it mimics the previous pressure that was naturally in the barrels. |
