Weiss Beers to Try

Sorry, I meant to post this earlier: Gutmann is widely regarded as *the* best, or at least one of the best. Also Hopf, and even the Roppelt in Stiebarlimbach (draught!).

But like Barry, I'm not a Weizen-Trinker, so I'm not up to speed on where all the great ones are. There are a number in Franconia that people rave about though.
