Hy, It seems to me you are doing a grand job getting your plans and options in order! Quite a few of us who contribute to this board have made many visits over many years,and I feel sure that we are still trying to get to grips with the "ways" of Franken Braueries,thier closing times rest days etc. I will say from my own perspective,I now try to be more selective,and less ambitious,reg arding the amount I try to cram into one trip.Of course if one is coming all the way from the States,that probably does not sound so appealing! Enjoy your trip.
