Inspiration needed

What pass is best for me going solo? I will arrive from Prague to Nurenberg(stay maybe 1 night) then go to Bamberg for 3 nights(May 14-16) unless I get lucky and find a weekend dates at hotels free. Then I must return to NUE(Nurenberg Airport) to fly back to USA. Hope to squeeze in as many places as possible.  If possible like to meet up with a few locals to guide me to the best route and places.
