Not a cyclist (yet) but have never found one.  Try asking Sandra at the tourist office (tourismus@windischeschenbach.de).  She very helpful but might take a day or 2 to reply as she's only part-time. Don't think that it's difficult to get a taxi, if you're staying at a hotel, they can probably arrange it for you.
