| Weißbiers are still very popular in Southern Bavaria. In Franken they're aren't so common, not uncommon, just not as popular I would say. Ayinger is solid. Sounds like you had a great trip David, and that's the main thing. Shame about Rothenschild but sonetimes the lager is variable... as always it's best at the brewery. |
