OT: Mechelen, Belgium

Maybe more for those interested in quainter, smaller towns than outright beer tourism. I only had time for two café visits, and those were not the best-regarded for beer, either. My point being, it may not be amazing for beer, but is lovely, and I didn't even get to the better beer places.
