I would be in total agreement with you but... The big but is that we do not live in a world of free choice; instead, we live in a world that is iincreasingly globalised and dominated by big busniess. And this is not just an academic question but reality for beer drinkers, with near monopolies for tthe likes of InBev. It wasn't academic for the beer afficionados of East Anglia in the 60s and 70s, as Watneys gradually wiped out the local breweries. I could go on! I could say  more but I don't want to get more political!
