The obstacle to this is a cask-conditioned beer will taste different because of the fact that it was conditioned in the serving cask. A tank-conditioned beer, then filled into a barrel and gassed up to replace CO2 lost in filling would simply have to taste and smell a bit different because of this. The artifacts of the conditioning in the cask make a difference, obviously.
