OT: French beer

Spent a night in Cassel on the long bike trip 4 years ago and really want to get back. Excellent beer and a couple of great pubs in Cassel. Not that long a bike ride from Watou. Also had some great beers from Brittany once at the Delirium Cafe in Brussels. Don't remember the breweries but they had Celtic-ish names...
