| Well I thought Barry was suggesting that breweries should give away entire bottles or something. Also thought he wasn't being entirely serious. But yes, pubs in England often offer me a taste of whatever is on, as it's obvious I'm a poor furriner and won't have any idea about what that "ale stuff" is like. The extreme end of this though --careful, Barry-- is the geeks who come into a micropub and ask for tastes of everything that's on before actually ordering something. |
