Not sure Herr Ganstaller would agree with the Schmiede,or be very pleased that he is selling it with such an incredible amount of yeast in solution! Disappointing to see that the "craft" bullshit is spreading to Gerrmany,allowing the perfect excuse to raise prices to ridiculous levels.
