Other people have reported the same about diacetyl in Urquell which is why I say I've developed a sensitivity to it, not that the level has increased. It actually came as quite a shock to me as I don't normally drink beers where it is a positve trait and so didnt notice it until a went to Prague again. Had lots of beers where it wasn't planned, unfortunately.
