Hopferla and Steinbach-Bräu

I was really referring to the brewing kit, not the place, per se. Schanzenbräu started up their new brewery earlier this year, so I assume that everything is brewed there now (bottled stuff was previously brewed under licence elsewhere), and that it's quite modern. In any case, the beer has never seemed very murky or otherwise reminiscient of Modern German Brewpub Crap, suggesting they simply LAGERED it properly. As to the tavern itself, the Schankwirtschaft? Doesn't seem very modern to me.
