| Well done! Blending beers is not very popular here in Germania, but sometimes it helps to converte a quite bland *regular" beer into a pretty interesting drink. I do not like the dry, grassy and "bodyless" Pilseners of the north-german kind, so i often soup them up with a little "injection" of a decent Bock...;-) The Pilseners of Bavaria, especially the good ones like Schönramer, are IMHO closer to the bohemian original than the monotonous stuff from the North. |
