Since I've gotten serious about fitness these past several months, I've noticed I feel the beer quicker than I used to. Have "only" lost 5 kg (how much I weigh is actually irrelevant to me, it's about the fitness), but a lot of fat tissue has shrunk and some muscle has grown in the process. "Bad" thing about losing fat is reduced alcohol absorption, I guess.

Or I'm just imagining it.

Or it's the heat this summer.

An unexpected twist from getting serious about fitness is that I'm no longer cycling to the Bierkeller 75 minutes each way, but driving or being driven. I used to think the cycling was fitness. Nope. Especially not when combined with 2 litres' consumption in the middle.
